Was Under Warranty!! I went in for a simple oil change (and a new battery) on my 2014 LaCrosse. The service tech returned shortly after we sat down and informed us that w I went in for a simple oil change (and a new battery) on my 2014 LaCrosse. The service tech returned shortly after we sat down and informed us that we had a serious oil leak. He said the cost to repair was around $2,800. But he said it would be covered under the power train warranty. They gave me a loaner vehicle and my car was repaired at no cost to me!!! They could have just ignored the problem, since a shield under the car hid the problem from me. GREAT TEAM!!!! More

My Baby Hit Me with a Surprise U know it's not a good feeling when U got to bring ur vehicle back again!!! But by no means it's not the dealership's fault,my truck has 285k miles & U know it's not a good feeling when U got to bring ur vehicle back again!!!
