Great Service! Within minutes, Becky gave me an estimate that was right on the money, had two front tires with rims on order already for next day, and a shinning silver CTS loaner ready and waiting in the service department. After 10 am next morning, got a call from Becky D’Andre who said my ATS was thoroughly checked out, the front end aligned with new wheels and tires, and ready to go! Becky D’Andre did an awesome, amazing job of servicing my Cadillac without an appointment when I was in a jam. Always look forward to bringing in my car for service at Rizza. More
My first dealership purchase was a sucess! I choose this particular dealership because my parents have purchased two Cadillacs there. I had looked on the website a little bit a couple of days b I choose this particular dealership because my parents have purchased two Cadillacs there. I had looked on the website a little bit a couple of days before, and saw a few vehicles that I was interested in based on the descriptions and the many photos that were provided. When we walked in the dealership we were greeted immediately and matched with Mark (we had not called ahead with an appointment, and that was not a problem). He asked great questions to find out what kind of car I was looking for and the price range that I wanted to stay in. He did show me one of the vehicles that I saw on their site, I took it out for a test drive, and really liked the car. My one draw back for that particular vehicle was the number of miles that it had, and the warranty was limited based on that. Mark kept in mind all the features that I was wanting and suggested two additional vehicles that were in the price range with lower mileage with more time on the warranties and were pre-certified. He was so keen on what I said that I was looking for he pointed out a feature that I wanted (heated steering wheel) which was not on the first vehicle I looked at, was available on this vehicle. I knew that he was really paying attention to me and not just trying to sell me a car. I really appreciated his ease in working with me. It was clear that I was buying a car that day, and he was most concerned with getting me a car that I was really going to enjoy. I also appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the vehicles, and willing to find out information about my questions instead of blowing me off if he didn't have the answer off the top of his head. He was patient with me while I was indecisive and it allowed me to make the best choice for myself. THANK YOU! More

Last Minute on New Year’s Eve. New Year’s Eve and I wanted a decent looking car. Came to Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC and got what I was looking for.
