Steering Recall Repair When I made the appointment I was told the repair would take 1 1/2 hours, and that they did not provide loaner cars for recall work. When I dropped off my car, I was told it would be at least4 1/2 hours; and, they happily provided loaner car. The car was ready in about 5 hours. I trust they performed the required repairs. There’s no charge for recall work. I can’t determine the quality of the work. More
