Pretty self-explanatory! You advertised a certified vehicle for a certain price and then add the certification cost (which is BS to begin with you’re just extending the warranty) to the out the door number! Not to mention the prep fee of almost $1000…. Nice business you got there, maybe you’ll even find some sucker to fall for it!

We worked with you for several hours trying to put you in another car. You and your wife picked out a Cadillac XT5 and were confused about why it would cost more than the Chevy. You had a Mitsubishi outlander that was worth 500 dollars and payment in mind that was mathematically impossible. Your aggressive negotiation tactics which we are not used to in Cadillac did not serve you well. Pretty self-explanatory that you cannot buy any XT5 for $ 250.00 a month with a beat-up Mistubishi as a down payment. You wasted everybody's time for hours demanding we figure this out! It had nothing to do with any additional charges, you just could not afford the payment.

Hahaha….Boy you guys are a bunch of twisted MFer’s! First of all WE didn’t pick out anything we were ready to leave after being told the original vehicle we came to look at was sold, Ryan Clark offered the scratched up and dented XT6 genius not 5! We took it for a test drive then sat down for 30 minutes (not hours) as you tried to screw us and put words in our mouth saying that we were going to put down $31,000 then you dropped it to $28,000 God only knows where you came up with those figures because we never said what we would put down! How dare you assume what I can afford as a car payment and what my down payment would be we weren’t trading in the Mitsubishi and using it as a down payment you offered to look at it and give us a price, we never agreed to use it as a trade-in! And as far as “wasting everybody’s time for hours” if that were true it wouldn’t of mattered we were the only customers in the place other than customers getting service! Maybe you would’ve noticed that but you were too busy racially degrading your coworkers Mr. funny man or don’t you remember that? Oh and on top of that calling the owners son a f*****g xxxxxx! Listen punk maybe I can stop in there and you can call me a liar to my face and tell me none of this is true or continue to hide behind your keyboard tough guy… You let me know!
