Oil change was supposed to take 1 to 1. 5 hours. It took 2.5 hours. That's entirely way too much time for this. Also, they charged me an additional $12 for "shop fees and disposal"; 5 hours. It took 2.5 hours. That's entirely way too much time for this. Also, they charged me an additional $12 for "shop fees and disposal"; For my entire life, this has never been added to my bill at any location I've been to for service. They seemed to have an issue with washing my car as they clearly did not want to. It's included in the service, yet they were trying to convince me I don't need it (which I did and didn't cause for a convincing). I almost left without my car lock key because they forgot to put it in the car. I'll have an extremely difficult time coming back. More
