Brought my 2018 GMC Sierra in to have the transmission checked for sluggish and hard shifting. They found nothing wrong, but it’s a known issue with my year and model. He told me about complaints with my transmission and didn’t want me to pay for a check I didn’t need, but I said I’d rather be safe than worry about it. So in the end I paid to know my transmission is functioning as expected. Even though it’s not performing as I would have hoped. More
