Good experience at car dealership (surprise!) Took my car in for oil leak, even though I had just had it serviced a month before. I thought it was something overlooked by the service person, but w Took my car in for oil leak, even though I had just had it serviced a month before. I thought it was something overlooked by the service person, but was told that it was a ‘new’ issue. (Don’t know how that was the conclusion). I did protest about paying for the service and the service writer was gracious and courteous to zero out the costs. I’m so appreciative. More
Extremely slow I went in for an oil change, which was covered under warranty. I was recommended front and rear differential service, and it was not supposed to take I went in for an oil change, which was covered under warranty. I was recommended front and rear differential service, and it was not supposed to take more than 1.5 hours. I ended up staying for 3 hours! and the bill was $530!!! Yes I was aware of how much it was going to cost (which still hurts), but what I wasn’t prepared for is waiting for twice as much I was told. And my guess is I would probably have stayed longer if I didn’t step out and was in the CS representative’s face. More
Not Bad I came in because of a air bag warning in my car. Unfortunately the light is back on again so I will have to make another appointment.
