I went through the p Contacted Abner and Jeffrey about a 2026 Ram 2500 Limited that has been listed on their website and Autotrader for over a week. I went through the process arranging insurance, getting pre-approved for financing, and sending pictures of my trade-in. Took over 24 hours and a number of calls, as they were reportedly very busy. When finalizing the deal they tell me they made a mistake on their online listing and that the actual price was $6000 more! Then Abner states “they could get me approved for the higher amount.” Needless to say, this sent up RED FLAGS and I walked away from the deal. Don’t let yourself get scammed by this common sales trick!!! More
What a horrible excuse for an auto dealership. Over the last two weeks I have been working to purchase a "new but used" 2025 Ram 2500 with 35 miles. I don't understand how it can be used with only 35 miles, when it has never been sold, titled, etc and their way of explaining it makes no sense to me but ..... whatever I am not in the car business. I worked out the price and told the sales rep (several managers called, text, or emailed me over the last two weeks) that I would be flying in today, from Atlanta, and paying cash for the truck and driving it home. I got there and was told by one sales rep that "the truck is in the service bay having a battery replaced". I asked why, and was told it was under recall. That was not the case at all. In fact it was not a battery issue, and when I was told this (I actually overheard the conversation and asked what was going on) was then told to "wait an hour or two" so they could try to diagnose the issue. After a few hours, I am told that not only is the starter bad, so is the main computer, and it would be at least a couple days to fix it. When I asked why I was not told about the issues before flying down (I spoke to them on Saturday before flying down mm day) I was told “we couldn’t find the key so we didn’t know about the issue”. What???Add to that, a huge dent in the front bumper that was not disclosed, along with a couple good sized dents and scratches. I was told that "I should have seen that in the pics". I did not zoom way in on the far away pics on this vehicle, so maybe that's my fault. But I have sold many vehicles myself and ALWAYS show detailed pics of anything wrong - especially dents or scratches. This should be common sense for a dealership, but they made it out that it was my fault. OK whatever, so I decide to not buy a "used new" truck with computer and starter problems already with 35 miles, so decide to drive a brand new 2026 to see if maybe this dealership can work something out for all my issues on a different one. I was flat out told no - that price we are taking a loss on so there is no room. Really??? I just flew in, took a day off, spent over $1000 on flights, uber rides, etc and now have to fly back which means buying a same day flight, land late at night and find a ride home. The only thing I could get from them was "sometimes these things happen"...LOL. I hope nobody ever buys from this place. More

I had a very disappointing experience with Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was contacted and encouraged to come to the dealership because I was told the vehicle I wanted was available University Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was contacted and encouraged to come to the dealership because I was told the vehicle I wanted was available. Based on that information, I took time out of my day and drove all the way there, only to find out the vehicle was not even on the lot. It felt completely misleading just to get me in the door. On top of that, the dealership atmosphere felt more like a gym locker room than a professional business. The staff showed zero urgency and absolutely no respect for a customer’s time. Instead of addressing the issue or trying to make things right, it felt like nobody cared. After that experience, I would not accept a car from this dealership even if it were free. If you value your time and expect honesty, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere More
Gabriel was absolutely amazing. I called that morning to purchase a truck that I saw online they told me it was good as done 5 hours later they called me back and said that vehicle I called that morning to purchase a truck that I saw online they told me it was good as done 5 hours later they called me back and said that vehicle was already sold I was absolutely livid I called the general manager complaining about this they said unfortunately these things do happen the computers aren't as up-to-date as they should be 2 hours later Gabriel called me and said Mr Ellison I don't believe we've sold that vehicle because I have the keys in my hand let me walk the lot and make sure that I find that vehicle. 20 minutes later they sent me pictures of the truck that I wanted to purchase I was extremely happy it took two days to do the deal but we got it done and when he realized there was an issue with the truck he made sure that he got it right before he had it sent to me Gabriel goes that extra distance to make sure that his customers are completely satisfied thank you very much for your assistance on this Gabriel I appreciate it very much I wish you the best and God bless. I visited this dealership to purchase a 2024 Mercedes GLE 450e as a cash transaction. The dealership refused to accept my offer despite Autotrader giving the option to finance or pay cash. I was told they pr 450e as a cash transaction. The dealership refused to accept my offer despite Autotrader giving the option to finance or pay cash. I was told they prefer financing as they are able to make more money from it. On top of that I asked to speak to the manager who never came out to see or speak to me. The absolute worst!! More

Very unprofessional and inconvenient. 0 of 10 would not recomend. They called us on Friday to visit them on Saturday; we were interested in a Ram 3500 that they had, through the phone we agreed on the out the door price of 52,000. When we get to the dealership the truck was in service so we had to wait atleast 30 minutes, then when we were finally able to see the truck its tires were worn down below the legal limit. The dealer ship also didn't have the keys for said truck. Naturally though, they said that they would add the new tires and order a new pair of keys, and we were like "okay, that sounds good" Now lets keep in mind that the truck is listed for 46,500, so the out the door price for 52,000 is quite the reasonable offer; however, after sitting down at the desk and going over the papers they tell us that the out the door price is actually 59,000. We ask why, and the manager tells us that we're being charged for the 6 tires that need to be replaced and the two keys- that they lost. So to sum up this long story, we agree on a reasonable price and when we get there they try to scam us. If anyone is wondering the Ram we were looking at is a 2024 60,000 mile Ram 3500. More
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I’ve left multiple messages and received no callbacks. I’m currently at the dealership and there is no one at the service advisor d customer service. I’ve left multiple messages and received no callbacks. I’m currently at the dealership and there is no one at the service advisor desks and no manager available. No explanation, no acknowledgment, and no effort to assist. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer’s time. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
I purchased my 2025 RAM 1500 Laramie Night Edition on March 31, 2025, and unfortunately my experience with both the vehicle and Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge has been extremely disappointing due to ongo March 31, 2025, and unfortunately my experience with both the vehicle and Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge has been extremely disappointing due to ongoing electrical and battery-related failures that remain unresolved seven months later. Just one month after delivery, both batteries had to be replaced. Since then, the batteries have continued to drain anywhere from one to four times per month. Each time this occurred, I was advised to simply jump-start the truck and bring it in—a response that is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. Approximately three weeks ago, the auto start/stop function stopped working. When I brought the truck in that Saturday, I was told yet again that the issue was the batteries. I requested that they keep the truck for a full diagnostic since I was off work for a few days, but the dealership refused and said diagnostics would only be performed after the batteries died again. Unsurprisingly, three days later the batteries drained once more. During my discussion with the service manager, I was even advised to “get used to” manually turning off the auto start/stop function every time I start the truck to help preserve battery life—something I firmly disagreed with. A customer should not have to work around a feature the vehicle was engineered with. Later, the assigned service advisor informed me that the technician had found the drainage issue was being caused by the alternator and tailgate actuators. These parts were replaced, and I was told the truck was fully repaired. I left work early and drove over an hour to pick it up, only to be told upon arrival that the batteries had drained again and the check engine light had come back on. This was extremely frustrating and completely avoidable. Two days later, I was notified that the tailgate modules, the steering control module, and the batteries were also defective and would need to be replaced again. At this point, the service manager stated that if the batteries failed a third time, he would open a STAR case. However, when I followed up today, he initially claimed confusion about why a STAR case should be opened and attempted to retract his previous statement. Only after reminding him of his own words did he agree to have the technician open one and promised written documentation. This entire experience has involved: • Repeated failures of major components • Multiple misdiagnoses • Commitments that were later walked back • A lack of consistent communication • Significant personal inconvenience • A new vehicle that has been unreliable since month one For a brand-new truck—especially a top-tier Laramie Night Edition—this situation is unacceptable. I expected far better quality from RAM and far better service, accountability, and follow-through from Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge. I truly hope that the STAR case and the next steps finally lead to a permanent resolution. More
