Rather than keeping me waiting for a really long time, he personally made sure my appointment was honored and completed in a timely manner. I called about a 2007 Expedition at 8 AM and was told that the used cars didn't open till 8:30 but they would take my name and number. I got a call from Win 10 minutes later. I made the fast track down to them and took a look at the Expedition, it was in excellent shape. I was sold, but Win showed me the lifters were making a slight noise. The service department fixed that issue and you can barely hear the engine run. The carfax was clean so I decided to buy it, and in the middle of paperwork the general manager came to tell me they found paperwork showing that it had been repaired in their shop for a front end collision that wasn't on carfax. They gave me a copy of the paperwork and were very above board, I took at look at the work and you couldn't tell that it had ever been involved in an accident. So I decided to continue with the sale. Tony sat me down and went over the financing in his office. Very open about the process and even showed the rate they got from the bank, no hiding anything. He treated me like a person and not just a sale. I left the car overnight for detailing and came to pick it up, and Win pointed out that a piece had come off the luggage rack on the way back from detailing. He had already ordered the part at their expense and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall they treated me with respect and honesty, I will definitely come back for my next purchase. More
