Everyone at Rob Sight was exceptionally professional. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and not pushy at all. At first the no haggle pricing was forign to me but once Jeff Morton explained why I got it. I know that I got the same great price the person before me and after me got. Without the haggle! Last week I made an appointment for a checkup and oil change, but when I arrived the service dept was backed up with an unusual number of "walk-ins". Rather than keeping me waiting for a really long time, he personally made sure my appointment was honored and completed in a timely manner. I really appreciated that, as I live about 40 miles away and planned my day based on my appointment time. This was my first service since purchasing my new car and I left with a very positive experience at Rob Sight thanks to Erik Davidson. More

The dealership was wonderful. They were not pushy. I felt relaxed, they answered all my questions and the price was great. They had the car all cleaned up and got a full tank of gas. I called about a 2007 Expedition at 8 AM and was told that the used cars didn't open till 8:30 but they would take my name and number. I got a call from Win 10 minutes later. I made the fast track d that the used cars didn't open till 8:30 but they would take my name and number. I got a call from Win 10 minutes later. I made the fast track down to them and took a look at the Expedition, it was in excellent shape. I was sold, but Win showed me the lifters were making a slight noise. The service department fixed that issue and you can barely hear the engine run. The carfax was clean so I decided to buy it, and in the middle of paperwork the general manager came to tell me they found paperwork showing that it had been repaired in their shop for a front end collision that wasn't on carfax. They gave me a copy of the paperwork and were very above board, I took at look at the work and you couldn't tell that it had ever been involved in an accident. So I decided to continue with the sale. Tony sat me down and went over the financing in his office. Very open about the process and even showed the rate they got from the bank, no hiding anything. He treated me like a person and not just a sale. I left the car overnight for detailing and came to pick it up, and Win pointed out that a piece had come off the luggage rack on the way back from detailing. He had already ordered the part at their expense and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall they treated me with respect and honesty, I will definitely come back for my next purchase. More
