Tony was absolutely professional and personable. He didn't try to pressure me into anything and when I told them I was running short of time they didn't waste it. He was able to beat USAA's offer on financing. The whole experience was fun and I walked away feeling like I had made a couple of new friends. Best car-buying experience I've ever had hands down. When you find the car you want you then meet with the finance manager Tony Wright. Now there is a different experience. Nothing overwhelming. Just the information you need. You are put at ease the second you walk into the office. Without a doubt the most fun i ever had signing papers. He was very eager to find the deal and the payments we wanted. Turned out the vehicle we wanted was just taken in so they didnt have time to do the complete inspection and detail. They sent us home in an identical vehicle for the night. After my wife was t boned and the car we bought from Rob Sight in 2007 was destroyed, we were looking for a new , safe car Your internet people were very helpful and friendly. Michelle Knudsen met us and had the car we were interested in ready and waiting for us. Unfortunately, it did not fit our needs. Michelle suggested an Escape or the CMaxx. After driving both, we settled on the C Maxx. Things progressed quite smoothly after that. I picked up the car on Tuesday and Michelle went over it with me. And since someone had scratched the windshield (which we had not noticed), Michelle inform3ed us you would be replacing it as soon as one came in. Thanks for all your help. More
