I took delivery of my car on Saturday. On Sunday I discovered one of the tires had a bubble on it, which is a safety issue. This tire was replaced on Monday, no questions asked. I bought my newest car at Rob Sight, from Matt and Rich. It was pre-owned, and a Buick, not a Ford. The price was around $3k under what I’d seen at different dealers. She, and Rich and Matt, went so far above and beyond what they needed to, in order to help me and make it all as convenient for me as possible, which is like 1000x more convenient than what I was expecting. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that was as dedicated to helping their customers, even after the sale was finished. I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely buy from them again. I have used this dealership for 6 years and have finally hit my limit! Although there have been service issues in the past, I thought they had stepped up their game. This time I came in for a simple tire w hit my limit! Although there have been service issues in the past, I thought they had stepped up their game. This time I came in for a simple tire warranty issue and problems with a defective Tire Service System (the thing they give you instead of a spare). The Service tech told me I could call on a warranty issue myself if I wanted, because he didn’t want to ask the question about defective equipment. What? So, yes, I’ll call myself, and I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future! More
