Rob Sight Ford - Service Center

I have used this dealership for 6 years and have finally hit my limit! Although there have been service issues in the past, I thought they had stepped up their game. This time I came in for a simple tire w hit my limit! Although there have been service issues in the past, I thought they had stepped up their game. This time I came in for a simple tire warranty issue and problems with a defective Tire Service System (the thing they give you instead of a spare). The Service tech told me I could call on a warranty issue myself if I wanted, because he didn’t want to ask the question about defective equipment. What? So, yes, I’ll call myself, and I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future! More
