I had bought my used Mountaineer from them a 4 years ago and have not needed service on the vehicle until this week. to me, this is a statement of the quality of cars they sell. During this visit my service and have not needed service on the vehicle until this week. to me, this is a statement of the quality of cars they sell. During this visit my service advisor, Craig, provided me services options and expert opinions on what needed to be done and was patient about it. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop when he provided me the invoice for the repairs but it was less than I had anticapted. The dealership from sales to service has been great to work with. When I purchased my new Focus Titanium, I tendered an internet coupon that was supposed to be good for 6 free oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle. When I brought the car in for service, Erik asked if I had any coupons or paperwork to support my claim, and I indicated that I did not. He said not to worry about it and he'd take care of it, which he did; however, I waited over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. When the cashier called my name, I was happy to see that there was not a balance due, but I still don't have any coupons or supporting paperwork for the five remaining oil changes. I expected a little more follow-up from my salesperson, especially in light of the fact that I paid cash for my new vehicle. More
Other than the slightly grumpy lady at the front desk my experience was surprisingly good. I have to say though that these folks are busy and don't have a lot of time for chitchat. A reasonable wait and fai experience was surprisingly good. I have to say though that these folks are busy and don't have a lot of time for chitchat. A reasonable wait and fair, thorough communication helped the day go very well. These folks could've taken me for a ton of money and I would have paid it. However my problem turned out to be minor and I was in and out in less than two hours. The fee was $95 for an hour of labor. The free coffee and WIFI are a plus too. More
