I have been very happy with most of my experiences from the dealership and planned to purchase a new car from you in the near future. However, my recent experience with the service manager has left me que the dealership and planned to purchase a new car from you in the near future. However, my recent experience with the service manager has left me questioning my decision. I have worked in the customer service field for numerous years and never would I tell a customer of over 6 years to take my business elsewhere when simply questioning a repair needed. I wanted to understand how a reputable dealership could make a suggestion for a repair that was not necessary at a different establishment. I wanted to understand the dealerships standards and protocol. What I received was a very combative and rude service manager that told me I could just find someone else to service my car. I just wanted to understand and was not trying to accuse the dealership of anything. But she immediately jumped to the assumption of the service men lying. Which I find funny, has this happened before? Is that why she is so quick to assume I was accusing you of false repairs? I never said this. At this time, I do not know what I will do going forward. I have been very happy bringing my car to the dealership but if I'm going to be told to go somewhere else when voicing one small concern, perhaps I should. Time will tell. More
