The sales side of our transaction was very good, quick and precise. The finance side of the transaction was horrid and we were fleeced on the rate as it was much higher than market rate. It was completely obvious they were adding points for payout on their end. Having a plus 800 credit score and getting a higher rate than any bank advertises is flat out dishonest and I will never deal with the dealership again based solely on this transaction on the finance side. I will be refinancing the deal this week saving 175 basis points on my rate. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership but will be my last. More
