This dealership does not value the customer experience. They made a negligent error during maintenance that destroyed my vehicle and could have ended up hurting someone, and they did not stand true to thei They made a negligent error during maintenance that destroyed my vehicle and could have ended up hurting someone, and they did not stand true to their word to make it right in the end. I was passed from department to department and not once would the General Manager, Phil Skid, speak with me. He refused to do so, which is ultimately disrespectful and shows how little he cares for his employees or customers. More
