Help From My Salesman I purchased a new vehicle last month from Robert Brogden GMC Buick. There was a small issue that needed to be resolved by the Service Department. A small item had been overlooked in the preparation of my vehicle. My Salesman John Greenquist helped me coordinate with the Service Manager to get this little item resolved. John took the initiative to talk with the service department and coordinate the repair. John had 'smoothed' the way such that he drove my vehicle back to the garage and was back in less than 4 minutes! Wow! My thanks to John Greenquist and the Service Department at Robert Brogden.
