Jim was great to work with. Seemed very knowledgeable about my A/C problem I was having. My issue and frustration is with GMC manufacturing as they continue to build and service products with parts known to be faulty; an absolute mess. It’s important to differentiate between those that cause the problems and those that fix them. Their service department has been solid over the last two years in my opinion and experience. More
