Even though, I wasn't spending 30+K on a NEW vehicle, I was not treated any differently than someone buying off the showroom floor. Everyone there was very polite and down to earth, being in the customer service industry, that is something I can appreciate. Through the two days of set backs, road blocks and fire breathing dragons both Harvey and Gregg went above and beyond to make sure it happened, I was happy and satisfied with my purchase... and for that I thank them!! It was the first time I was shopping for a new car, and I was dead set on buying a Mazda; however, Will Smith converted me from Mazda to Ford in a matter of 2 days. He helped me make a solid investment, and took my budget into consideration while looking for the perfect car. I knew what I wanted to spend, and he made sure to find me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Will was able to get me my first choice, which was a 2017 Ford Escape LE. He wasn't pushy like some car salesmen are, and he is very down to earth and honest. I can tell that he truly loves his job and cares about his customers. I would recommend him to anyone that I know! He also took extra time to go over all the bells and whistles and said to come or call anytime with smallest question. That reassurance was greatly appreciated! Also Greg Deckman in finance found us an extra $750 in rebates when we had completed the transaction.To me, that shows honesty and loyalty of Bernie and Greg for Anderson Rock River. More

He has excellent knowledge of the different models, the features and how everything works in the Explorer. He went over all of the options with us during the test drive. After buying the vehicle from William, he explained the different financing options and different offers that Ford has for this model. After purchasing the vehicle William sat with us in the Explorer and went through all of the features and how the electronics work. I would highly recommend William to anyone buying a Ford since he went the extra mile to help us. One of best experience we had buying a vehicle we have had in over 10 vehicles that we have bought. Purchase of new 2016 F-150 Matt Foley and Bernie Krowczyk are great to deal with ,super friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle , no high pressure here . When I picked it up he went over entire truck exterior with me to make sure I was pleased with its appearance and then followed up with instruction on some of its features .All in all a very pleasant experience Looking for a Ford product see Bernie or Matt you will be glad you did More

Inital purchase expierence was great, follow through was not My husband and I both purchased vehicles from Anderson Ford within a few weeks of each other. the initial sales encounter and the helpfulness of the s My husband and I both purchased vehicles from Anderson Ford within a few weeks of each other. the initial sales encounter and the helpfulness of the staff was great and they were very friendly and willing to go out of their way for both of us to find exactly what we wanted. However, sadly that is where it ended. The person that sold us my vehicle was supposed to get the spare key and get it to me so that I had it, it has been a year now and I still do not have one. I purchased one on my own about a month after my vehicles purchase and called to make and appointment and expected them to program my key fob, they refused and I was told I would have to pay about $60 for the service. While going down this road I discovered that the dealership gave me the wrong key fob as well, my vehicle has remote start (that is standard on the vehicle) and the key fob I was given did not have the button available on it. The other problem that I am currently having is that about 6 months after my purchase, my air conditioner went out. I took it to the dealership to have it looked at where I was charged $120.00 to tell me what was wrong, this on top them telling me that it was going to cost almost $1000.00 to fix. I was also informed that this, so conveniently was not covered under a warranty or the extended warranty that I purchased. So overall, I feel that the dealership initially will go out of there way to help you and get you in a vehicle that you are looking for, but once you leave the lot, they could care less. They have their money and then they are done, the sales employee Dwight was great, but the service department was less than helpful. I think that the next time I go to purchase a car, I will be looking at other dealerships. More
