Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of "diagnosing" to find out it was a bad spark plug. Which is what I was already told by the guy at AutoZone for free. But this was going to cost me $1,600 not including the $600 to fix something that wasn't broken when I gave it to them. More
We are Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram people, but we did just purchase a used Toyota Highlander in mint condition. Oliver McIntyre was A+++++ He went out of his way to make sure the car was delivered to us since purchase a used Toyota Highlander in mint condition. Oliver McIntyre was A+++++ He went out of his way to make sure the car was delivered to us since we had a trip scheduled and the Business office at the dealership messed up and did not send the title/bill of sale on time as discussed/anticipated. Oliver is unlike ANY car salesman you will ever meet - he treated my wife and I like we were family and quickly we realized this experience was super special. Despite the challenges from the business office and the Finance guy that did our paperwork (cannot remember his name) being unfriendly and misspelling my name on all documents (and frustrated when I pointed it out and he had to redo them and then only redid the Bill of Sale because I needed it register the car) - we will totally consider this dealership in the future for buying our used vehicles just because of Oliver! He deserves all the praise and YOU need to go visit him when you want to buy a car - seriously, this guy is AMAZING!!! Also huge shout out to Brian Gehan and the other gentleman (sorry I cannot remember his name) that drove to deliver the car to us - they were super friendly and went out of there way to meet us early so we could get the paperwork done in time to leave for our trip! This is not the kind of service you get anymore in this world and it is not only commendable and remarkable, but deserving of recognition!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! More
Was lied to, need to call 4 times to get questions answered. Was 2 1/2 without a car when promised a loaner/rental. Took a week to repair after being told it would be 2 days. Every experience I have with this service department is a nightmare. They take my car from me for days on end with no communication. This is our family car (family of 5) and I can't get my kids to school/ac nightmare. They take my car from me for days on end with no communication. Why would a dealership contact me about my service appointment and tell me I could move it to a sooner time, only to suddenly be so backed up that they have to hold my car for half a week, provide zero loaner car, and tell me that if I want my car back I have to pay the $300 diagnostic fee? I will never return to this service center and I will never buy a Chrysler again. More

The first time, the mechanic broke a guard under the van when it was being unloaded from the ramp. They did not fix it; I had to take it to another mechanic. The second time, and the last, they charged me twice for the same blind-spot problem. On May 6th 2025 , I dropped it off for service, and they said it was covered by the warranty; they gave me an invoice saying $0.00. Four days later, the message reappeared: blind spot unavailable, service required. I brought it back, and Nicole, the advisor, told me I had to pay the $216.75 for the deductible to have them look at the van. So I paid. It took them four days to fix it this time, then they asked me to pay again $216.75. They did not fix the van the first time; they just reset the system or disconnected the battery. They are not honest. This is a scam. More
