Absolutely atrocious bait and switch tactics. Austin the salesman was fantastic and even tried to fight for us as he knew what we were presented in finance was not what was agreed on. The agreed upon salesman was fantastic and even tried to fight for us as he knew what we were presented in finance was not what was agreed on. The agreed upon finance price went up 3K from what was agreed upon at the negotiation table. Stay away from the dealership, if I could give 0 stars I would have. I buy vehicles quite often and this management and finance personnel were, undoubtedly, the worse I’ve ever experienced. Austin if you read this, I encourage you to find somewhere else to work. You’re values do not seem to line up with those of the business you work for. More
