They tried to charge me for a loaner car without telling me ahead of time.argued with me over it and we're very rude . My 2023 Bolt was brought into Hilltop because the trunk would not latch. I asked how long it would take to correct it, was told it would depend upon what they found, and I would be kept aware of any probl would not latch.
