We were searching for a used car for our son for a Christmas present. We had been to other dealers trying to find a used car that met our budget but was also safe for my 16 year old to drive. We only had a few weeks left until Christmas and were starting to feel as if it wouldn't happen. We went to Ron Westphal Chevy and spoke with Scott and found a wonderful car just ideal for a first car. We took it to a mechanic prior to officially purchasing because we were a little scared on buying a used car. We received confirmation that it was a great car at a great price, and they could tell that the dealership/previous owner did what they needed to get it up to standards. Wonderful experience! More

Was greeted immediatley upon entering the sales office. My needs were a constant concern for several of the employees working. Several times I was asked if I needed a drink and was offered lunch as well. B My needs were a constant concern for several of the employees working. This was by far the most fun I have ever had at a car dealership. I never felt obligated on pressured. Will recommend this dealership to everyone that I come into contact with. More

A few weeks ago, I met a really friendly lady named Rosanna. I was looking to buy my first car and was a bit nervous. She really helped me narrow down my options, in which my ultimate decision ended up Rosanna. I was looking to buy my first car and was a bit nervous. She really helped me narrow down my options, in which my ultimate decision ended up being the 2013 Chevy Equinox. I ended up driving the car home THE SAME DAY. I was so excited that I ended up with such a nice car. I went home and showed off my new ride to my parents and friends who were as impressed as I was. This was my very first car purchase and it was went extremely well. I had brought my father with to help with my first purchase and because I was also using their gm dollars. We purchased a used car about 2 yrs ago from Gene at this dealership periodicaly would stop by and browse Gene was very freindly on our visits even knowing we were'nt ready to purchase just yet.Just recently dealership periodicaly would stop by and browse Gene was very freindly on our visits even knowing we were'nt ready to purchase just yet.Just recently we stopped by and met with Gene he showed us a car that would work for us let us take the car for the weekend and come back and we can work a deal well in the last few yrs economy has been tough and like alot of people out there we had a few dings on our credit report but Dan Taylor went to bat for us with the bank and got us a fair finance rate and a payment we could afford on a really nice car after taking car home had a little issue with tire monitor sensor my wife took the car back to Gene and had it fixed in about 20min the wife said that they made her feel like royalty takeing control of situation so for us we will continue to purchase vehicles from this dealer More
