Great Store, Bad corporate follow through Hyundai has fallen short on the Corporate end. I have purchased 4 Hyundai's in the last 3 years and this will be probably my last. We bought the car o Hyundai has fallen short on the Corporate end. I have purchased 4 Hyundai's in the last 3 years and this will be probably my last. We bought the car on May 7th. We were offered full value for a 2013 BMW X3 trade in. That car sold on the lot the next weekend, it was in fantastic shape. We were told that our 2016 Santa Fe Lease Financed on May 13th. We were also told that is when the check is processed and sent to our Bank (lien Holder of our trade-in BMW) around the same time. I check with Kajen Jackson Finance Manager at Roseville Hyundai on May 23rd. He assured me it would be paid off by the end of the month. Well it is now 22 Business Days since the the lease of our new hyundai, you have sold our trade-in and we still have a loan balance and a payment due June 15th on the BM. I called Kajen today who stated he sent a message first thing this morning to corporate to track the pay-off check. By close of business day today I called Kajen again and stated he sent 2 more emails to corporate and no one has responded to his email. Maybe their short staffed or busy on a Monday processing loans was his answer. Bad communication, Bad customer service, a complete fail in my opinion. Even the Finance Manager Kajen said he thought it was taking a little longer then normal. A sales team can work their tails off and corporate can kill the loyality of a 4 time customer with no follow thru... Sad because it is a great car and product. More

Surprise We did not intend to buy a Hyundai and we intended to use a car buying service such as Costco or CA Automobile Association. However we bought a Sonat We did not intend to buy a Hyundai and we intended to use a car buying service such as Costco or CA Automobile Association. However we bought a Sonata directly from the dealership. On the first day we stated that we were looking at other dealerships as well and that was fine. Rob demonstrated the cars and gave us a thorough test drive anyway. On the day we came back to buy we reached a mutually agreeable price and did our financial work with Kajen who explained things well. We wanted to buy a car that was not on the lot, so, while Rob went to get it, we went to lunch. Rob explained things to us patiently and encouraged us to come back with questions. Thanks for the excellent service. More
