We paid for services, maintenance that wasn’t done. When confronted, we were lied to. Husband was a mechanic, knew several services weren’t rendered. One was an important brake flush, check. We were advised our brakes are good, believe me, they aren’t. We’ve purchased two Tacoma’s, would not buy from them now. Such a shame, they used to be a reliable dealership, no more. More
Toyota kept me informed about any unexpected problems they noticed during the Multipoint Inspection. Especially, if it was a safety issue. they noticed during the Multipoint Inspection. Especially, if it was a safety issue. More
The sales and finance persons push too much to buy extras. I expect the purchase to complete in 2 hours but it took more than 4 hours. extras. I expect the purchase to complete in 2 hours but it took more than 4 hours. More
Peyton does a superb job. As well as the technicians who solved my problem and then did their usual fine job of servicing my Prius! As well as the technicians who solved my problem and then did their usual fine job of servicing my Prius! More
A pleasure to work with Conor Egan. Professional, knowledgeable and does what he says he will do. Best service advisor I have ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable and does what he says he will do. Best service advisor I have ever worked with. More

I purchased a 2023 4 Runner here, only because they had the color and (generally) the equipment I wanted. My first venture onto the lot showed a dealer mark-up of $12,500 (not a typo). Some weeks later I the color and (generally) the equipment I wanted. My first venture onto the lot showed a dealer mark-up of $12,500 (not a typo). Some weeks later I was notified they had the model I had specified. Before even looking at it I told the sales person (Sami) via text that I would pay MSRP and no more. She replied she would submit my offer. When I arrived on the lot, the markup was reduced to $7500. Ultimately I paid MSRP and received a very fair trade in amount on my 2013 4 Runner. Here's the trouble: When we first looked at the car we noted the all weather floor mats, which we do not like, and said so. We were told "they all come like that". They did not say "because we order them that way". I didn't check the sticker close enough or I would have noticed they were an itemized cost of $309.00. I checked the price of the carpet mats and found that Roseville Toyota has a significant markup on those as well, compared to Toyota's own website MSRP. I went to two other dealers in search of mats, which I found, at the original MSRP. Bother dealers told me even though I had paid for the all weather mats, the carpet mats should have come with the car originally and been included in the sale. I returned to Roseville Toyota and talked with manager Patrick. He said the dealership chooses to order with all weather or carpet and that normally the model would come with no mats at all. I don't believe that. I believe they order the all weather mats originally, to be able to sell you the carpeted ones later. Patrick said he would check into some sort of discount or accommodation for the carpeted mats and call me back. No one did, so I texted Sami. She apologized and said there was nothing they could/would do. If the car truly does come with the carpeted mats (at no extra charge), then Roseville Toyota has eliminated the all weather mats as an "option" and forced you into paying extra for both sets of mats. Sami was fine to deal with and friendly, and I didn't spend much time haggling. I think their sales practices are questionable at best. I won't be going back. More
