Hi Branden, Unfortunately, the “solutions” offered were what’s best for the dealership and not necessarily what was in the customer’s. Offering a car exchange for other models with less MPG or trunk space is not the solve. I was offered a Camry or Corolla when I was clear this was my 4th Prius and wanting to stay with the model. I was told I would have to pay more because the trim level was different. I even went as far as asking to keep the existing car I had bought and just to fix the issues that came with the car. The ASM came out and said he couldn’t guarantee the work to completely remove the overspray which be done by your own Service staff. He also said I was stuck with the scratched windows and spoiler. Pretty unfortunate that a new car purchase was anything but pleasant with your organization after a lot of empty promises and back and forth. Additionally, it appears scratches on vehicles is a trending problem at your dealership based on other reviews. Bad way to do business when you can’t stand by your product.

I tried reaching out and was hu g up on, told nothing tou can do because i didnt purchase the ridiculous priced extended warranty!! I took the vehicle into Porsche dealership for a oul chain , but before delivering the vehicle to them the check engine light came on.. thats when everyrhing Reviled its colors.. Roseville toyota Offered nothing! They told me they eould not take any responsibility for anything wrong with the vehicle.. its been about 3 or 4 months now and when i reached out for them i had not owned the car for less then two months!! Im still getting the run around!! They wrote me off!! I gave put out over $5.000 dollars snd have another $5.000 in engine problems to be fixed. I havent the money to fix the needed repairs!! Every time i speak with’ a different person the throw each orher ynder the bus making themselves look Like a bunch of lying salesmen out To make a buck off of anyone eho steps on their lot!! Im so sick over this!! Every thing i have broufht to their attention they turn it around like it is my fault and they know nothing because the check engine lifht did not appear so they woukd bot have any knowledge of a single problem when in fact it didnt take a check engine lifht to see some/ most of the problem.. the reason i did not buy the extended warranty was the price was an outrageous joke I don’t think any of their salesman would’ve purchased the extended warranty offered. It was that outrageous crooked salesman that’s what I’m saying now if you’d like to reach out to me to help me with this mess that would be great, but I don’t see that happening. Maybe because I’m public about it. We’ll see. I will definitely write an update so the publican see what they’ve done to help me with this matter l But as of now people, please be aware of this dealership they don’t care what they sell you. They don’t inspect their cars obviously they tell me they do a 10 point inspection, but obviously they didn’t because how could one person miss every single thing that was wrong with his car when they sold me this car they had it wrote down that nothing and I do mean nothing was wrong with this car. How well do they really inspect them or do they inspect them at all? Do they just throw them out on the lot and wait for somebody like me to come along? I’m so disappointed. I’m stuck with a piece of xxxx car that I’m trying to make the most out of. I love my car I just would love it if it didn’t cost me $10,000 to run the way it is suppose to!! Thanks roseville toyota..OH and another thing if this isnt bad enough!! The convinced ne to purchase a ab after cost protective seal which cost me $2,700. The night before i was suppose to bring it back for it to be applied, the servicenan calked me and told me it was already applied to the car priir to me purchasing it.. i said great i will receive a refund. He told me no because the warrenty for this service would be void. I told him since they sell this great seal and its that good i wouldn’t need a warranty since they brag so highly about it!! Well after a month of arguing with them i did get a refund but was told the service man that gave me that information lied to me !! Isnt that funny how they say that about their fellow employees.. after numerous calls and going back and forth they finally issued me a check for the full amount! They wrote me off saying it was past the two months i Had to reach out about the problems.. i reminded them when i brought all this to their attention it was less then two months of owning this car. Approximately 2 1/2 three weeks total time i owned this vehicle was when all the problems surfaced and i reached out for their help! I have everyrhing that was damaged listed out gor my courtesy of Sacramento porsche!!!

Im praying it go’s well, but i can not get my hopes up and think they will do the right thing because of how i have been treated up to this point!! Very poorly to say the least!! They have hung up on me, j was told they would return my calls but bever did. When i showed up i was sent away with an appointment to return again to speak with someone. I was sent away to come back several times and i have to drive an hour each direction to return! My time and gas have been wasted without an apology or compensation.
