I have issues with this dealership in the past, that were resolved satisfactory. Brought to the attention of my service rep, was told my mechanic would go away, just drive it for a while. This is the second day of driving it for a while, with the light still on, and now I need to plan time to reschedule an appointment. I just feel like it should have been dealt with the first time. Though the personnel tried to be courteous it was a miserable experience. I went in with my cash offer asking not to go through any of the back and forth negotiations. It didn't work. They took my license and registration so I couldn't leave unless I got it back Each time I asked I was told it would only be a few more minutes. I wanted the car and it took over 5 hrs. to finally get the papers signed and only after being pressed to purchase more warranties, glass ins., and ins. for the smog device costing thousands of $ - which I didn't purchase. I was promised a detail of the car again and a full tank of gas. Neither were done. I was so fed up I left with the car because if I pressed for the gas and wash I might be there for another couple of hours. I will not recommend them or deal with them again. More
