I would give 0 stars if it let me. I was in the market for a new vehicle and the one I wanted was coming in on a specific date. I was told it was first come, first serve which was understandable. I was sent the actual build sheet from Toyota with a price of MSRP on it from this dealership. I was also told by a manager in writing, that this was the price. When the vehicle arrived, I ran straight to the dealer to start the process. When I got there the price was now 10k over MSRP and I was told that they would not sell it to me unless I bought paint protection, dent insurance and Lojak. This alone was over 4k worth of add-ons. It was the worst experience I ever had with a dealer. Needless to say, I did not purchase from them and caution anyone from ever doing business with this dealership. My experience was exactly the type of tactics you hear dealerships pulling from time to time. More
