Very Frustrating Successful Purchase I’ve had mixed experience with the sales group at Roswell Infiniti. Good in 2010; lousy in 2012 compelling me to go to Gwinnett, their sister shop; go I’ve had mixed experience with the sales group at Roswell Infiniti. Good in 2010; lousy in 2012 compelling me to go to Gwinnett, their sister shop; good again in 2015 giving them a shot; and lousy again in 2019. Here’s the problem: we were told three times “the car is yours” before it was for real the fourth time. I attribute this to management, as their communication with the sales team was poor. I liked the persistence, professionalism and the friendliness of the sales staff to the point we were ready to go. But after leaving a trip early to get back and work out a deal on the car we wanted, agree upon a price and have the price sheet prepared, the sales manager informs us that “unfortunately, this particular car was brought in for another buyer, a repeat buyer, and they had first choice.” I had to inform him that We, too, was a repeat buyers, which he clearly did not know nor did it matter. What was additionally disappointing is that when my wife and I started to leave, there no offer of a handshake, no statement that, as a repeat buyer, they would go out on the hunt for another vehicle, — no, just a sad walk away by both parties. Btw, the salesman offered me a sincere apology and a handshake at that time. The SM did not handle his side well. So the other two “oops”: We’re called on Saturday morning saying the other buyer passed and, if we wanted it, it was ours!” We were excited about it and said we’d take it. Not 30 minutes later, the next call comes saying “Don’t come — apparently they haven’t really decided!” At that point, we decided to go get a pre-owned Mercedes E400 convertible from which would have ended a 10 year relationship with Infiniti. Sure enough, the phone rings again and we’re told it is really yours if you wanted. At that point, I had some choice words about us coming maybe down there for no reason, but I was assured the car was mine if we did, so we did and the seal got closed. Communication between management and the sales team was way off and it almost cost them a customer and definitely impacted my perception of the Roswell management team. If I didn’t have the history with then that I have, I could write this off as a one-off, but I do so I can’t. Get your act together folks! I have had nothing but excellence from the service side of things, so I would still recommend them to a friend, but I would tell them to deal with the sales management with caution — that’s a shame. WELCOMING & HASSLE FREE! EASIEST CAR BUY EVER. Christian is mommy approved!!! I just have to say being a new mom your time is valuable. My husband and knew what car we were looking for coming in. We just had a baby 4 months ago and needed to upgrade my car to an SUV. I had seen a car come in day before online but no pictures but I wanted to see it and when I saw it, i told my husband this is the one. Christian went over and beyond by helping us figure out to get our car seat in the car for test drive (those latches are hard). But we were looking everywhere it wasn't lol and he got help and it was the easiest install ever for the car seat once we figured out so get an fx37. The wait was nice because people stopped in talked and congratulated us. Financing department was good. Fast and knowledgeable. We were in and out within 3 hrs. And they are definitely team oriented. Everyone helped each other out. Christian had other customers and his teammates jumped in and helped so we did not feel just like a number. Thank you and we will send anyone looking for a car there. The service was awesome!!! More

In fact, "dealership" doesn't adequately capture what these sales and service professionals do. Quite frankly, Derrick Baker and the team are the best at what they do, period. Car buying is, to be honest, stressful; but Quinton made it seem routine and relaxed. Thanks to Derrick, Quinton, Reggie, and the other folks who made this happen. More

My sales consultant Elizabeth was extremely helpful and her communication throughout the process was superb. Reggie in finance was a pleasure to work with. He made the confusing aspects of the process easy to understand and managed to get me a great rate on my new vehicle. From the initial phone call to the delivery of my new car took less than a week. I was not considering Infiniti on my car purchase decision and stopped by on whim for a test drive. Unfortunately, I left my license at another dealership the day before and thus could not drive, but Christian volunteered to take me on one. His thorough knowledge of Infiniti vehicles, the market, and very specifically features which he demonstrated sold me on the value of joining the Infiniti family. Although, finance part of the transaction was lengthy as as is every time, Reggie was more than thorough and gave me a lot to consider. Though I spent a little more than I planned even after talking to Derrick who was very honest and accommodating, I have no regrets and have to say like other that this was great car-buying experience. Who knows, I may be back for a new QX80 one day More
Honest, and Awesome! I recently purchased a new to me qx60. Went to have it serviced and inspected. Mark was awesome. He printed me out a window sticker and a complete ser I recently purchased a new to me qx60. Went to have it serviced and inspected. Mark was awesome. He printed me out a window sticker and a complete service history on my car. I initially came in for a $300 service that in the end was not needed. Instead of Mark just writing it up and having it done he was honest in telling me it had recently been done and not needed. I'll keep passing two Infiniti dealerships just to go here. More
