To compliant that we went to Roswell Infiniti to check out certified used cars as you just can't touch, feel and test-drive vehicles offered online. Dominic met us outside and gave me his card and said "if you need anything contact me" and just left us alone. Roswell Infiniti had great selection in certified used and surprisingly good pricing as well. We spend time in Dominic's office reviewing several vehicles in great detail and he was sociable, patient, informative and not pushy in anyway. We even told him we wanted to check out other options and he was okay with that too but in the end Roswell Infiniti’s options were the best including his professionalism, their pricing and the no hassle sales strategy. Poor loaner The service department addressed all areas I was having difficulty with. They gave me a loaner for the time needed. The loaner was full of bird poop The service department addressed all areas I was having difficulty with. They gave me a loaner for the time needed. The loaner was full of bird poop, had a cracked windshield and smelled inside. The guy who gave me the loaner was aware when he gave me the vehicle. When I have my Lincoln serviced, they always give me a clean car. This one was a filthy embarrassment to your dealership since it had your large windows sticker. Very disappointed, More
