Very professional and quick I have been bringing my G37 to Roswell Infiniti since I bought my car there 4 years ago. It is a 30 minute drive to get my oil changed but it is wort I have been bringing my G37 to Roswell Infiniti since I bought my car there 4 years ago. It is a 30 minute drive to get my oil changed but it is worth it because of the thorough job they do including washing my car. Although to car wash is not consistently good, I appreciate it when my car sparkles which was the case this week. Great job! More

Amazing Experience With Rushdi at Roswell INFINITI I had the pleasure of working with Rushdi after a very poor online experience with an out of state dealership. I was very specific on what I wanted ( I had the pleasure of working with Rushdi after a very poor online experience with an out of state dealership. I was very specific on what I wanted (down to the packages, interior and exterior color combinations). After the out of state vehicle didn’t work out I was very leery about trusting “salespeople”, but Rushdi was a breath of fresh air. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was test driving, he also helped find me the exact vehicle I was looking for (down to the trim options and interior/exterior color comb). Being a lightly used vehicle there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections, but he had his guys detail every nick and polish the interior until it looked brand new. He also even called after our long road trip to make sure both my husband and I were 100% satisfied with our purchase. Good service ...but Roswell Infinity has a great staff and they do good work. They are considerate of those who wish to wait for routine service. However, I find that t Roswell Infinity has a great staff and they do good work. They are considerate of those who wish to wait for routine service. However, I find that they are not overly willing to do any in-depth work on my 1994 Infinity J30 stating they do not have, nor can find, any parts for this old vehicle. Which is not true...I can go online and find any part of that car that needs replacement. It seems they are just not interested in doing such or delving into problems I naturally have with the J30 as it ages. Yet with only 150,000 miles on this car, it is really in its prime and just needs TLC. More
