The service department and sales departments worked together to provide EXCELLENT service on my vehicle and EXCELLENT customer service to my husband and I. As always, Roswell Infiniti has delivered the best experience and I highly recommend them as a dealer and as a service center. I worked with Elizabeth Marshall in sales and the service department during this visit. Elizabeth was super friendly, extremely honest and up front. She was the best at communicating with me including communication after her work day to ensure that we were satisfied and all taken care of. She was professional and very determined to help us get into our new car while being calm and relaxed. Elizabeth is a people person and is not the typical pushy saleswoman...she was wonderful!! I would have given the service center 5 stars but on this day they had a 2-day backlog so I chose to leave my car instead of having they rush through the service which they offered to do. As it was, by leaving it they had time to check everything out and do a thorough inspection. Since I live about 30 miles from this center it was a bit inconvenient going back and forth in the loaner car. Otherwise, it would have been a 5-star experience and Mark Crutchfield is a very professional service consultant! More
