Received a phone call from the service advisor saying they needed the car back immediately - I was given no time frame as far as when my car would be ready. Completely inconvenient for my situation given I had to wake my daughter up from her nap to return the loaner. I normally get exceptional service at this dealership. This time it was borderline Kia service. My clock is set on the wrong time and i can’t fix it - seems like it needs to be reset by dealership. More

I needed 4 new tires & rear breaks/rotors but got this done somewhere else for a $300 savings. I would like to use your service department more but there is such a thing as the internet to shop prices. I can afford to overpay but why for basic services. I love my car ! More
