Very professional & Helpful I went to this dealership just to get an idea on QX80 (price and features), though they were about to close but they accommodated somehow. Unlike other dealership sales person Vasile invested his time to talk to us regarding our requirement and budget and suggested QX60, he did not tried to sell but he convinced us that we will be making the right decision if we go with QX60. His Manager Derrick gave us a very competitive price, we did some calculation and agreed to their offer but later we found we miscalculated something (my fault) but Derrick and Vasile understood the issue and went above and beyond to accommodate our request. This was not only a sale but we made two great friends and I guess a loyal Infiniti customer/advocate. More

Excellent Experience I took my Infiniti in for routine maintenance. I admit, I was a little weary of the prospect of taking my car back to this dealer for maintenance due I took my Infiniti in for routine maintenance. I admit, I was a little weary of the prospect of taking my car back to this dealer for maintenance due to a very poor experience the last time. That being said, I couldnt have asked for a better customer experience from start to end this time around! I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment (scheduled online - very easy!) and I was out of the lot with a brand new loner car within 5-10 minutes. I was kept up to date on my service via text message.. where I was able to select what service I wanted/didnt want on an excellent customer portal page. After I entered in what I wanted, an Infiniti rep called me to go over what I selected and kept me fully informed with what was to happen next. Because my car had to have a seal leak fixed, the mechanic called me as well to give me an ETA for completion. I received another call when the car was done and i was able to zoom back over to Infiniti to swap the loner for my, freshly washed, vacuumed, and fixed vehicle. It was a cold morning so there was frost/ice all over my windshield... Chris went out of his way to scrape the ice away from my car before I set off. All and all, i couldnt be more pleased with this service trip at Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta! More

Missed the mark and wasted my time Given the newness of my car, and since I didn't purchase my car from an Infinity dealership, I wanted to take my Q50 to a dealership. I'd made an appointment in hopes of lessening the wait; all I needed was an oil change and had a tire loosing air. I'd also requested that my tires be rotated - understood this was typically part of the service, but also requested. upon my arrival, this 30 minute job, was quoted to take 1.5 to 2 hours. Already a little irritated, I reluctantly agrees and took a seat. After the 1/5 hours I was please to be getting my vehicle earlier than the 2 hours, but upon inquiring about what was causing the loss of air, I was told, she forgot and would get it immediately over to her tire guy. Another hour, I get me car back, and ultimately learn my tires hadn't been rotated either. So much for my thinking things might be different. More
