Broken seat I brought in my 2011 QX56 because my front passenger seat was broken. Chris Hansen was my service advisor and I cannot emphasize how incredibly helpf I brought in my 2011 QX56 because my front passenger seat was broken. Chris Hansen was my service advisor and I cannot emphasize how incredibly helpful and prompt he was. He ordered the part, had me bring the car in and fixed the seat within a day. He is the best service advisor in this dealership. While the others are great too, they sometimes seem agitated and passive aggressive. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because they hit my bumper while the car was in their possession. When I found out, I called Chris and he had someone come bring me a loaner and fixed it within hours. He is a real asset to this department. More
