Progressed from Great to Good as I waited...and waited,,,. In an attempt to avoid lengthy delays completing the never ending paperwork that comes with a car purchase I completed everything possible online in h In an attempt to avoid lengthy delays completing the never ending paperwork that comes with a car purchase I completed everything possible online in hope the time at the dealer would be minimal, unfortunately the dealership had only 1 resource available to process the final paperwork and that resource was engaged with another customer. 45 minutes later and after sharing my frustration another resource was made available to close out my purchase and get me on my way. I hope my experience will be used as a learning opportunity for those involved and they can avoid a similar event. My thoughts were, why didn't they think to get another resource before I felt I had to say something?? More

Never Again! After leasing several cars from this dealership, we thought we knew them and how they do business. WE WERE WRONG! We were over the lease mileage limit After leasing several cars from this dealership, we thought we knew them and how they do business. WE WERE WRONG! We were over the lease mileage limit so we expected there would be a charge. When we were working out the details of this latest lease, we were told and given paperwork that showed we would owe nothing else. Their finance person told my husband that it was going to be rolled into the lease and any remaining money due was a "sunk cost." In fact, he used that term a couple of times. A couple weeks later, we received a bill for the excess mileage charges we were told had been handled. We emailed them to ask about it and they ignored the emails. Finally, he stopped in to ask about it and was greeted with a shrug of the shoulders and told "that's not what we meant." This is not about the money, it's about their complete lack of integrity. I don't know if the management has changed or what but we will NEVER make another purchase or lease from these people again. NOTHING in the paperwork says we will owe this money and nothing they told us during the negotiations indicated we would. Perhaps if the salesman had spent less time telling us how we had to give him tens on the survey they were going to send us, he might have remembered to tell us the truth about this. Again, it's not about the money, it's about the underhanded way they do business and how they say one thing (and give you paperwork that indicates the same thing they're telling you) but then do another. More
