Easy and comfortable experience I came to the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind. Rick walked me through the car in the rain and when we discussed pricing he was upfront and I came to the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind. The financing I brought with me was good but Samuel did some research and offered me a better interest rate and lower payment than I had planned. I was gr After owning an Infinii once before we decided to consider the brand again after owning four, very nice and very reliable Lincoln Navigators. I was greeted warmly at the front door of the dealership by Rick O'Leary who asked why I was visiting them and if he could help in any way. I explained my SUV ownership background and why I was again considering another Infiniti. My husband and I had driven Range Rovers a few days before but decided they were too small for our needs. We knew the QX80 was the closest full size SUV available that was close to what we were used to having in our Navigators. Rick patiently answered all my questions, showed me two models that fit what I wanted and took me out for a very productive test drive. He was not pushy or "know it all" in any way. He respected my concerns with switching brands and explained thoroughly what I could expect if I came back to their vehicle. After a lot of thought and fair negotiation on price, we decided to purchase a beautiful Limited Edition QX80. We absolutely love it and enjoyed meeting and working with Rick and everyone at the Roswell Infiniti location. We are very impressed and look forward to building a great relationship with them. More
