When checking out he let me know the battery had failed the test and was still under warranty so I brought it back in a week later to have it replaced. In and out in less than 30 minutes. When it came to negotiating she worked to get me everything I asked for. She wanted to make sure I was fully equipped and ready to use the car before sending me off. She even followed up with a phone call and invited me to come back to the dealership to go over any more questions that might have risen since having the car. The last car I bought, they didn't care about my satisfaction once the sale was completed. I was honestly set on another car when I walked into the dealership and it shows that customer service is #1 when it comes to what seals the deal. Also a shout out to Rushdi who took us on another test drive and made the purchase even more exciting. Even though we were working with Elizabeth, he was so helpful. Our salesman ( client advisor) was Scott Lyons, he was excellent. My salesman I used for 20 years retired, and Scott made the transition smoothly. Very professional and knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with. I really enjoyed the experience. In addition, the entire staff was very pleasant, the Sales Manager, Bill Gray, was awesome as well. When he did not feel things were moving along fast enough, he jumped in to help and washed the new car for the final clean up. I was very impressed and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Infiniti. This is my 7th one, I have NEVER been in for any service besides routine maintenance. Great car, fantastic dealership and staff!!! More
