Went in for an oil change and came out with a new car I brought in my old Infiniti G37 IPL for regular maintenance in the express shop. I had noticed a delay with the paddle shifters and had a tire warnin I brought in my old Infiniti G37 IPL for regular maintenance in the express shop. I had noticed a delay with the paddle shifters and had a tire warning message. I asked the express shop if they could look at the alignment as that had been an issue in the past for me. They recommended talking with the service manager in the main building to see if they could look at the issues after the oil was changed. I walked over to the service desk and was immediately directed to someone(I believe his name was Mike but I'm not sure about that). He was very courteous and interested in getting my issues resolved immediately with the G37. They quickly put the car on the computer to see if a firmware update could resolve the paddle issue. However, there wasn't one available for my model year and about that time I got the results from the alignment check which it was out again. I was starting to get that feeling that the car may be needing more maintenance than I was willing to put into it and I asked Mike if they had a similar car to the G37 IPL. He took me over to the Q60 Red Sport 400 on the showroom floor and told me about a a few things on it. It was very nice but the color was black and I really wanted something a little different. Mike excused himself and went back to assist other customers and I continued to look at the car while waiting for the oil change to be done. Rushdi(Rusty) Rabia happen to walk out on the floor and noticed no one was helping me and he asked if I had any questions. I explained my story and told him what I liked about my IPL. He mentioned they had another Q60 Red Sport 400 on the lot that was Sunstone Red and he would pull it around for me to look at. The car was beautiful and after the test drive I was hooked. Rusty was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the features that the Q60 Red Sport 400 had in common with the IPL. From there, the negotiation on price and a trade-in value was very straight forward. There was very little haggling involved and I used TrueCar to get a since of what value the cars were selling at. Rusty was very helpful in closing the deal and making sure any concerns I had were addressed. He offered me his secret deal closer which is Turkish coffee and I knew I was leaving with a new car after that. Bill Gray handled my financing and there was a small blip with Nissan not wanting to honor an interest rate for this particular car. Bill handled this issue with outstanding professionalism and found another lender with similar rates and discounted the car to match what I was originally told for the interest rate and even a bit over that just for the trouble. True colors show when you have problems and I saw honesty, integrity and the willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy their customer. I'll definitely be back to buy another car in the future and I will only get my service done here. Thanks Bill and Rusty. I love my new car! More

Elizabeth went the extra mile in providing different vehicles to test drive and was never pushy on trying to sell me a vehicle which is very important to me. Quality vehicles such as Infiniti sell themselves on what they have to offer. I find it annoying when a car salesperson does a hard sell as soon as you walk in the door. I had an experience at a Ford dealer several years ago when a salesman didn't even want to show me a truck or want to allow me to test drive one unless he was certain I was going to buy a truck from him that day. Needless to say, I will never stop at that dealership in the future. More

Good Deal After @ 1 Month of Communication I went up on July 29th to purchase an Infiniti Q50 that I found on Car Gurus. I knew the vehicle was overpriced and was hoping to negotiate for @$1k o I went up on July 29th to purchase an Infiniti Q50 that I found on Car Gurus. I knew the vehicle was overpriced and was hoping to negotiate for @$1k off. We worked with Rushdi (who is a great and entertaining salesman) on the deal but was unable to negotiate on the car. Derrick came in to pretty much reiterate that they were not going down on the car, however his stance was very unfriendly. Over the next couple of weeks, Rushdi would send emails about other cars that were reduced in price but not the one I was interested in. Around Aug 17th, I noticed that the Q50 has dropped $1k. Being that was my birthday weekend, I planned to go up the following weekend to purchase the vehicle if it was still there. Rushdi emailed @ Aug 22nd and I noticed the Q50 had dropped an additional $1k (total of $2k reduction in less than 4 weeks). I emailed Rushdi and we begun the process for me to purchase the Q50. We arrived on Aug 26th to finish the deal. I have to say the experience with Derak in Finance was so pleasant. He was great to work with and was not pushy at all. He explained the warranties so that I could make an informed decision. Overall, I do wish that I did not have to make two trips from Nashville to get the car that I wanted but in the end I have a nice car and at a deal that was lower than initially anticipated. Rick and his team understood our concerns and empathized our situation, and gave enough time and ears- and put in all the effort to answer our queries.
