Unfortunately, we have a no haggle pricing model and deposit policy for our out of town customers that is strictly enforced to ensure everyone has the same purchasing opportunities. There is also a no deposit policy for local customers. We work on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately in this situation it appears that while you were getting your financing affairs in order another customer purchased the vehicle you were looking at. We're sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your purchase. We are also sorry that you feel you were taken advantage of because you are a women. However, we are a very female friendly dealership with several female sales associates and a female manager, we can reassure you that this was not the case. Again, were sorry if you feel that way. Upon reviewing your purchase, it appeared that you were happy with your purchase that fit within your budget. Unfortunately, once you sign the contracts dealers have no obligation to take the vehicle back unless the vehicle is seriously flawed (pew Lemon Law).
