Work good, interest in doing such, zero When I returned to the Atlanta area and brought my 1994 J30 in for service, it was done well. However, this year I was told "Your car is too old and we can't work on it anymore." This is ridiculous for it only has 150,000 miles on it, just requiring normal repairs/replacement of parts and some TLC. Since being turned away from your dealership, I have found a mechanic that is working with me on this car and it is running well. Obviously, it seems that your service center is only interested in servicing new Infinities. So I would recommend you for good workk WHEN you decide doing that work is convenient for you.. More

The drive-up oil change service is also a fantastic benefit since it is very difficult for me to schedule and keep a specific appointment for such a simple/routine service. Finally, while it's a relatively minor point -- they do a great job cleaning my car after any service, which is something I've noticed many dealerships promise but few do well. More

Easy virtual purchase I live in SC and had been looking at QX80s for about 1 week, from Charlotte to Atlanta. I was about to close on a deal at another dealership in Atlan I live in SC and had been looking at QX80s for about 1 week, from Charlotte to Atlanta. I was about to close on a deal at another dealership in Atlanta when I was notified of this car via cargurus, which fit the bill, I called up Quinton Burns around 9:30 am and discussed the QX80. He provided me live pictures/video and answered all my questions straight forward. By 2 pm we had closed the deal over the phone with Sean Kashani, Finance Mgr. Price was fair based on online research. No pushy upselling, no haggling. Quinton and I made arrangements to meet up the next morning about halfway from each other and signed all the paperwork. Car was exactly as promised. In and out in 15 mins. Very good experience. More

Great car buying experience ! I went to Lexus, Acura, Porsche , and Infiniti. Lexus and Infiniti has best experiences as a consumer.
