After six weeks of cost analysis, consumer reviews, test drives, preapprovals, uninformed sales people and indifferent management teams we came across our Q50 on Infiniti of Roswell's website. I used the "Text Us" feature on their site and was contacted within minutes by Christian ready to answer my questions and schedule my same day appointment. I was able to text him my license and insurance info so the vehicle was pulled up and ready to test drive as soon as we walked in. This gesture was huge to us after driving from the other side of the city to get there. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We were greeted by three people and offered cold water right away. When we got in the car to test drive, Christian was able to answer all of our questions and obviously knew his product well. We knew almost immediately we were taking it home that day. After easy negotiation with Sales Manager Derrick (the price of the vehicle was so great online already, there wasn't need for much) it was a quick wait of about only 20 minutes to get into finance and sign our paperwork. During which time, we had the pleasure of exploring the immaculately cleaned showroom and service areas (snacks, soda and candies galore), and speak with a couple other members of the team. Our Finance Manager, Reggie, came to the showroom to escort us to his office. We were pleasantly surprised to have been recognized by Reggie from our previous purchase last year...at another dealership! Just as he did before, Reggie really worked hard to secure the best rate and payment for our situation. He took time to listen to our future plans to make sure he was offering us the best structured protection for us specifically - and at a great price! Delivery was a breeze - car was sparkling clean and full of gas when we walked out of finance. The whole process was only one hour 45 minutes! We've have been contacted by Christian and Sales Management since our purchase to make sure we are doing well and enjoying our new (to us) Q50. We'd like to thank the entire team for making this such an enjoyable experience from start to finish! World Class Customer Service Austin answered all of my immediate questions over there Internet chat server as I was looking at vehicles. Unfortunately, he was on able to meet me to close the sale the next evening as he had personal business to deal with. But she did email me a financial/personal disclosure form earlier that morning. He took the time to literally have all of the pertinent paperwork filled out ahead of time, and he handed the sale over to Anthony Smith. Anthony took the time to review all the features of my new QX 80, he took me and my wife for a test drive. The sales manager, Reggie, absolutely no high pressure sales, he was honest almost to a fault, lol. In seriousness though, I did purchase the additional warranty to cover the vehicle bumper to bumper, as well the windshield insurance ( A new windscreen on a QX 80 is about $2700!), I also purchased the wheel insurance to cover any road hazards or scraping the rims on a curb. Because I put half the money down in cash on Thursday account, Reggie was honest enough to point out that I do not need “gap insurance”. Roswell Infiniti Is the second biggest infiniti dealership in the United States... they have more certified pre-owned vehicles and new vehicles then any other Infiniti dealerships in the state... Whenever I have purchased a new vehicle before with other dealerships, it seems like it is always a four hour ordeal! I think I was in and out in about an hour, and that also included a lovely test drive.
