Didn’t recognize the issues I brought my car in for vibration in the steering. The diagnosis was that one of the tires were not perfectly round and that tire was moved from the f I brought my car in for vibration in the steering. The diagnosis was that one of the tires were not perfectly round and that tire was moved from the front to the back. The vibration didn’t go totally away but it was much better. Later that week I inspected one of the other tires and discovered a large dry rot crack in the side wall four to five inches long. I can’t fathom how this was not seen. I chose to replace all four tires at BJ’s Auto center. The technician there said the tires were a mess, there were too many weights on the tire. Like someone forgot to remove the old weights when they balanced the tires. He also said the tires were “directional “ and two of the four were rotated into the wrong sides and were on backward. I know the Infinity tech didn’t balance the old tires but how did he miss the dry rot and the bad balancing job? More

Finally a Smooth Car Buying Experience Sales associates I dealt with had great product knowledge and were patient with me as I test drove 3 different vehicle types and took a few days to de Sales associates I dealt with had great product knowledge and were patient with me as I test drove 3 different vehicle types and took a few days to decide what would work best for me. Once I made the decision to purchase a vehicle I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours which was a record for me. All staff I dealt with were friendly and professional! Fine for buying a car Sales staff and other were just fine. Still would like to have fair price for New Car and trade in upfront and not go thru back and forth. Car buying made easy To be honest, car dealerships and car salesmen typically make me want to run in the opposite direction. But this experience was quite different. We had plenty of time to look around the lot before we were ever approached. When Josh Andrews did come out and introduce himself, he was a pleasant surprise. He was relaxed, knowledgeable and accommodating, without the typical high pressure pitches. We test drove two vehicles, and went forward with a purchase. We were offered a fair trade in on my FX 35. Josh even offered to swing by my house and deliver the brand new floor mats (on order) since he lives reasonably close. This young man did a great job and I’m sure he will go far in the business. My only somewhat negative feedback is with the Finance guy. He rushed through the paperwork signing with little to no explanation, apparently to allow time to engage in high pressure sales of the various extended warranties they were pushing. He did not seem pleased when I declined all offers. More

Last Minute I was having an issue with my QX50’s console blanking out. My salesman worked with me on it, but when it happened again, he got the car right into th I was having an issue with my QX50’s console blanking out.
