I had an appt but I waited over an hour and a half before my vehicle was even put in a bay. I was there for a simple oil change and a tire sensor which took about 30 min. I made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic for a service light. Upon arrival I was told they may not be able to do diagnostic but she would check and let me know. Later she came and diagnostic for a service light. Upon arrival I was told they may not be able to do diagnostic but she would check and let me know. Later she came and said oil change would be delayed but she would check on time and let me know wait time. An hour later I asked about status. My car was still not serviced, no estimated time and she then confirmed they could not do diagnostic for service light despite that being on the appt request. I bought my vehicle here and have never had such an issue with service. I left without anything done & then got an email that I missed my appointment. I did not miss anything, I was not seen & no clear plan or timeline was outlined for service. I don’t get many days off work & did not want yo spend my day there with a crew that made excuses as if my time means nothing. Will not be back. More
