While I absolutely love my new Roque, I cannot give this dealership anything other than an average rating. I do feel the sales manager talked around answers instead of answering directly. The time it took between singing my paperwork and me driving off the lot was a bit longer than I would have liked it to be. I was also really disappointed when I called about 5 days later when I realized I had left my sunglasses in the holder of my old vehicle and was really hoping that detailing would have set it in a "lost and found" JUST in case the owner realized they were missing (or even located the previous owner and called me) but instead I was told that when things are found in the vehicles, they just toss them. That's pretty cold considering the previous owner just spent so much money on a new vehicle. Setting the glasses aside for a month is the least they could have done for me. I really like those glasses and I am very disappointed I am not getting them back. Something so simple could have made this rating WAY better. More

I already wrote one. Totally unhappy with a Jeep purchase. That was a major screw up and should have been handled better. Overall there is a shark mentality in the sales department and the only people halfway honest with me were in the service department. My overall impression here is hard sell without th I ugh you what the person actually wants or can afford. Sell something and get it out the door. Would never buy a car there again. More

They lied about the final price 3000-4000 and just overall wasn’t honest they took a trade in at 6500 but when we called them to figure out why the loan place was saying we still owed 10000 dollars we overall wasn’t honest they took a trade in at 6500 but when we called them to figure out why the loan place was saying we still owed 10000 dollars we called them they told us we still owed them 6800 when we left the dealership they said we only owed almost 4000$ just for them to magically come up with 6800 and might I add the truck anit worth 9000 it’s missing most of the back seat the sun visors didn’t fit right and one of the headlights don’t work and they were rude on the phone when we’re trying to figure it out they also said that they only said that price so th loan bank would sign off so yall they xxxx pepole hard would never go through them again not worth getting xxxxed oh and the sticker pice was 8500 then with all dealer fee was almost 13000 we put 3000 cash and a trade in of 6500 so yea do the math they want us to pay 3300 and no that’s not interest with interest its an extra 12720 making the total =22220 so yea would not ever recommend or do bossiness with again More
