Tried for a week to discuss the car over the internet since I was 1.5 hours away. Tried to make a deal over the internet. Finally came to terms, asked for any issues with the car. Was told nothing. When I get there after agreeing to a price, car had different size tires on it and a large crease in the tailgate which I had specially asked about multiple times. They were unable to fix the dent after having the car for about 2 hours. Then they changed the tires which they informed me they could not match which I was ok with. The tires while new were very dirty and not cleaned. When they broth the car back from trying to go the dent the tailgate stopped working. Somehow they fixed that. Then after the deal was done I go to leave they did not air up the tires to match, off as much as 8 pounds of air in one tire which set of alarm on the car. On my travel home, the car shakes pretty badly and I am currently having the tires balanced at another shop this morning because it was not done when they replaced them. I tried and tried to avoid all this all week trying to make a deal online, ended up being at the dealership about 4 hours with a done deal when I arrived. More
