Dishonest Pricing and Poor Customer Service – Long-Time Customer Let Down I’ve been doing business with this dealership for over 5 years and have completed multiple deals with them. I had even recommend Customer Let Down I’ve been doing business with this dealership for over 5 years and have completed multiple deals with them. I had even recommended them to friends and family in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so bad that I can no longer stand by those recommendations. They advertised a truck for $17,000, but when I got there, they tried to sell it to me for $19,000. By the time the final paperwork came out, the price had jumped to over $21,000. They claimed I was getting more for my trade-in, but it was clear they just inflated the truck’s price to make it look that way. When I questioned it, they dismissed my concerns with fast talk and excuses. It got even worse after the sale. I didn’t make it 5 miles or 5 minutes down the road before the check engine light came on, along with a parking sensor warning. I turned around and went straight back to the dealership. I told them the truck had issues, the price didn’t add up, and I wanted to cancel the deal. They told me that since I signed the paperwork, it was too late. They took the truck into the shop and said they’d fix it, but no one bothered to update me—no timeline, no answers, nothing. I ended up leaving the dealership without the vehicle and with a lot of frustration. Now I’m not even sure when—or if—the truck will be ready, and I can’t help but wonder whether the negative feelings created by this experience will affect any future repairs or service. After years of loyalty, I was shocked and disappointed by how I was treated. The lack of transparency, shady pricing tactics, and total disregard for customer service have completely ruined my trust. I was not happy with how the experience started. They came out with a bogus offer for my Chevy Equinox. An offer that no bank would even consider. It was only after I told them what the Chevy dealership offered me that they wanted to negotiate the price of my car. I also caught them in more than one bold faced lie that even my son caught. I went in to buy 2 cars and ended up only buying 1. They would not tell me what was going on with my financing just that they were working on it. I finally gave up calling about the 2nd vehicle. There is also an issue with the car I did purchase so I'm going to have to take it in for service. More
