The lying started from the moment they called me. Starting from the vehicle ownership history, stating that it was one of their employees vehicles they traded in. The dealership offered to drive the vehicle out to me, I told them I was not comfortable with that, and did not want them to drive it ti me before sending me the paperwork. They began to drive it anyway. I did not receive any initial paperwork for the agreement they promised to send me. The first time I saw any paperwork was the contract that was sent while I was on the phone with the about an hour from arrival to my house, and was pressured to signing it before arrival. The contract ended up being $2,000 dollars more than the price we agreed to, even after making very clear that the price needed to include all the fees besides tax and tag. The vehicle arrived at night in the rain. I did my best to look over the vehicle given the circumstances before accepting it. The next morning we immediately noticed there was a rock chip right In the lower portion, center of the windshield in which the cracks were starting to spread. They offered nothing to me, other than that I should have my insurance cover the damage. Only saying that if it happened before I took delivery, they did not know or were not aware it. Every employee I spoke to was very nice, thanking me for my service while knowingly bending me over. Looking forward to spending the next couple of years leaving reviews google, yahoo, Reddit, facebook pages, unofficial military pages and military spouse pages recommending no one ever uses this dealership. More

I'd like to start by saying I do not enjoy car shopping! All the research and browsing for "the" one is exhausting, but ya want to get it right ya know? So after all the emails, text messages and phone call All the research and browsing for "the" one is exhausting, but ya want to get it right ya know? So after all the emails, text messages and phone calls I got to know several of the fellas at this location. I will say I really enjoyed meeting them in person. Donny, Alex, Bryce (I didn't meet, but enjoyed talking with him), Anthony and Caden. Caden went on the test drive with me and wrapped up my purchase. If I forgot to mention anyone, my apologies. Oh, a special shout out to "Angel", which I thought was a real person I was texting with. He is their AI bot, whatdo I know. He seemed very real! Ha! All in all my experience was pleasant. I feel I negotiated a good deal, and am pleased with my truck and that's really all that matters. If I find myself in the market again, I will certainly work with them again! Unfortunately we overlooked (probably due to the sunlight) the dent in the hood of the truck during delivery which I noticed when I got home. And I reminded them I chose to deal with them and pass closer dealership but they refused. So they refused to accommodate me as I did them. Not to mention the truck was dirty and they made an excuse on the wash folks. And I paid $1298 fee for preparation. One of the manage said the dent wasn’t there which accusing me of causing the dent. The dent had been there for a while appeared something heavy caused the damage and someone know who did it. All of this hurt deeply and dampened my spirit and soul. I regret purchasing this vehicle from them. More
