After searching for a pickup, i settled on a frontier, your salesman was professional and very helpful. I found your management team to be lacking in both fundamental sales skills, and leadership ability. your salesman was professional and very helpful. The purpose of managers is to save a deal, yet i never spoke to one throughout my visits. And as a cash buyer, they were willing to allow me to walk and take my business elsewhere. I found that puzzling, and during my time there i saw repeatedly customers only speaking to salesman and then leaving, i assume to spend there money elsewhere. Beautiful dealership, huge potential for increased numbers, poorly run. I taught the class called auto profit builders, google it and you will see i have vast knowledge on the subject. Overall great experience, friendly sales and management staff. However the finance manager almost cost this place the deal with how he spoke to my wife. I believe his name was Larry. It took everything I h staff. However the finance manager almost cost this place the deal with how he spoke to my wife. I believe his name was Larry. It took everything I had not to walk out of there right then. If it wasn’t for us really wanting this car I would of told him to kick rocks. Which I really should have. We will take our business elsewhere when we return to the market. My wife and I were discussing warranty and additional insurance options and he looked at me and said that “ I can have her step out for us to continue if you would like.” Along with any questions she would ask he was directing the answers to me. Our salesman Marquis was great and made the majority of the process seamless, and our interactions with the sales manager was pleasant and he worked with us with our concerns. Though the final steps with the finance manager ruined what was an overall great experience thus far. We were not really looking for a car when we walked in. We came in to have our current vehicle serviced. However while we were waiting we were sold on the vehicle that we left with. Which is fine, the salesman did his job great and got us in it. I would just to reiterate how unpleasant and unprofessional the finance manager was. Due to him we will never purchase a vehicle through any Rountree Moore ever again. We will also be sure to never recommend anyone there. More
