Roush Honda has always treated me like family. I have bought 8 cars there for a reason, they are honest. They have always given me the best deal, and are straight forward about my options. My sales rep, John Newton, knows me so well that when I come in to look at new cars he already know what options I want. This is because he actually cares about his customers. I couldn't be more please with service I received with the purchase of my "first ever off the showroom floor" vehicle. Jeff Ward is a No pressure sales person who is very knowledgeable about all products, the purchase of my "first ever off the showroom floor" vehicle. Jeff Ward is a No pressure sales person who is very knowledgeable about all products, accessories, options and service. All my questions were answered without eye rolls or a "hurry up" attitude.
