I needed to buy a new car. But I wanted to avoid subjecting myself to a barrage of hype that would come from a fast talking sales person. This would be difficult to do. Jan possessed two impressive qualities that were evident when we talked on the phone. She had a genuine pride in the product she sold, the Honda car. And in the organization she represented, Roush Honda. In addition, our conversations were about me and the car I wanted, not the car she wanted to sell me. Jan worked for over a month to get my car, a 2022 Honda Civic. No easy task, because of the chip shortage. When she called and told me she finally got it, I don't know who was more excited her or me. My wife and I sped eagerly to Columbus. I looked forward to getting my car, but also meeting Jan. And I was not disappointed. Her face beamed with satisfaction when she showed us our new car. I met Angel after an online inquiry about a car. I live 3 hours away and couldn't make it to the dealership in time to test drive.
