Tim was great to work with, no pressure and a straight talker. The purchase process with Julie was also good. She was thorough and efficient with all the paperwork. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the car- it was nowhere near what I would call "detailed". I think they ran it through the car wash, shined up the tires, and vacuumed the floor. The wheels still had a ton of brake dust on them and the engine compartment was dirty and full of leaves. I get it, it's a used car, but I've bought used cars from other dealerships and you would never know it wasn't new unless you looked at the odometer. More

Overall experience with Roush and in particular Spyros was excellent. I had requested online information through various auto sites and was contacted by several dealerships. Although my contacts with other folks was very favorable, Spyros was more in tune with my actual needs and provided options that resulted in my purchase of a new civic hatchback which fit my desire for styling, quality and performance.
