Really can’t say enough about Jeff Ward and Roush Honda. Most of our communication was through text/email as I am in Cleveland and was looking for a specific color/model CRV. Lee was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service, especially during the pandemic when I had to extend my lease by a few months.
